This is a difficult question. While I would like to say yes, however, we need to be aware that our animal friends can have allergies just like us. I know that my candles are safe for my dogs and parrot, however, if you know that your pet has an allergy, Please research whether or not you can burn candles.
There are a number of reasons why you should always use a suitable container to burn a candle. Firstly, it needs to withstand a high temperature. You don’t want your container to melt, shatter or burn under heat. You also don’t want to have wax run onto surfaces.
Secondly, eco coco wax, is a natural wax and therefore it needs to pool to burn for longer. If you let is run away it is going to cause a really mess and will be burnt out before you know it.
Due to new GPRS regulations effective from December 13, 2024, I must have a responsible EU contact in each EU country and Northern Ireland. The costs to comply with this regulation are substantial, and as a small business, I cannot justify them at this time. This decision ensures compliance with GPRS regulations, protecting both you as a consumer and me as a manufacturer.
While I have done lots of testing to minimise this effect, there are a few things you can do.
1. Make sure candle is in a place free from drafts.
2. Allow the candle to burn for a min. of 1 hr so it can reach its max. melt pool. Stopping it before then will produce a tunnelling effect if you do it over and over again.
3. It is recommended that you do not burn a candle for more than 4hrs at a time.
